Story

Hello everyone and thanks for taking the time to look at my Justgiving page.

Ex-servicemen and women across all age groups suffer from the harmful effects of invisible psychological wounds and trauma.

Invisible Wounds support services work with ex-servicemen and women who need help battling mental health illnesses such as anxiety, stress, depression or PTSD.

Unlike physical wounds, mental-ill health is an invisible injury. Untreated, its harm often lies latent and for many it can have a substantial negative impact on their day-to-day lives.

Invisible Wounds was founded to provide effective clinical treatment and welfare support for those facing such personal battles.

On 9 September, myself and a team of veterans will be completing the Born Survivor Event.

Born Survivor is the ultimate 10km military obstacle course designed by ex Royal Marines Commandos to push you to the absolute limit through challenging terrain packed with over 30 military training inspired obstacles.

However small a donated could help provide an Ex-serviceman or woman with housing, welfare support or the clinical treatment that they desperately need and deserve. It is also a cause that is very close to my heart and something I am extremely passionate about.

Thank you for your support,

Andy
