Story
I am raising money for Shine, a Spina Bifida charity, which was a condition which my mother suffered from.
APAC is as horse charity in Spain which rescues and cares for neglected horses and donkeys. It is run solely on donations and voluntary support.
On the 18th of September, I will be taking part in an Ironman in Wales. The Ironman consists of three disciplines, first a 2.4 mile swim in the sea, followed by a 112 mile bike ride and finishing with a 26.2 mile run, all to be completed in 17 hours.
