Ffion is part of the Loren James Dance Company. Ffion is running the Nos Galan 2017 5k Race on New Years Eve to help raise funds to get her and her team to the International British Formation Dance Championchips 2018 in Blackpool. This is a huge event and Ffion has been and is training hard with her team. This will be just one event Ffion will be faunraising for, so keep your eyes out for more to come..... will be posting updates on her progress.
