Our beautiful Ava Grace has been diagnosed with a heartbreaking illness called leukodystrophy which is having a huge inpact on Ava daily with dramatic health deterioration. Like everybody Ava has her 'good days' and 'bad days' but her family maintain a positive attitude and do the best they can every single day. Close friends are fundraising to take that added pressure off her family at this difficult time. The money will be used to make special memories as a family 💕
