The product team in Barrhead Travel have come together with our colleagues to take to the hills and climb Ben Lomond for breast cancer care and one of our colleague best friends who has been recently diagnosed with breast cancer.

She is on her own with her 2 beautiful daughters, that she'd love to see grow up and have a family of their own and will do anything to fight this cancer.

She's been amazingly strong for someone that has been through so much recently and her positive attitude keeps everyone around her strong.

Our team got together and decided to hold a sponsored hill walk to try and raise some money to help both Breast Cancer care and our friend and her family through the hard times ahead.

We'll be climbing Ben Lomond on the 21st of October and would be delighted if anyone can donate as little or as much as you can for this worthwhile cause. We're hoping some of her positivity will spread to our less fit members of the team to climb the spectacular Ben Lomond!

Please help us raise this money for our friend as she really does deserves her life back ,we are all incredibly scared for her but with a bit of support we will try and make thing a little easier for her and her family.

Cancer can affect anyone and nobody ever thinks it will be them.
