Story
My work colleague Iryna from Sacred Heart Primary School Bushey has close family in Zaporizhzhya, Ukraine near the Nuclear Power Plant. Her family are still in the city, spending their days in their basement feeling anxious, sad and helpless through constant threat of War. Sirens heard on a daily basis with regular bombarding nearby. Lack of food and supplies adds to the stress. All money raised with go towards a local children’s centre on the right bank of the Dnipro River.

2 years agoDay 30 - Challenge completed!!! 😃💪🏻 I want to say a massive thank you on behalf of Iryna, her daughter Natalia who runs the children’s centre in Zaporizhzhya, Ukraine and their family. They are overwhelmed by everyone’s kindness and generosity. It’s been an honour and privilege to run for this amazing cause. Your support has been fantastic . 🏃♂️💪🏻💙💛🇺🇦
