My work colleague Iryna from Sacred Heart Primary School Bushey has close family in Zaporizhzhya, Ukraine near the Nuclear Power Plant. Her family are still in the city, spending their days in their basement feeling anxious, sad and helpless through constant threat of War. Sirens heard on a daily basis with regular bombarding nearby. Lack of food and supplies adds to the stress. All money raised with go towards a local children’s centre on the right bank of the Dnipro River.
