Story
We are setting this up in memory of our dear friend and colleague, Ross Williams. He was tragically killed in a road traffic accident on his way to work on the morning of Friday 11th January 2019. Ross worked as an Education Health and Care plan co-ordinator in the 0-25 Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Service for Solihull council and he loved this job. He helped and changed the lives of so many children and families in Solihull and had such a kind heart and compassionate nature. He always went above and beyond to help and nothing was ever too much trouble. He celebrated every success and lived his life to the full. He will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

5 years agoRemembering Ross: We would love for you to join us on Friday 25th at the Lord Clifden (Jewellery Quarter) to celebrate the life of Ross Williams. Good spirits and plenty of stories to share - just how Ross would want it. The plan is to get there for around 6pm, we would love to see you there x

5 years agoThank you so much for all of your donations. We are completely overwhelmed by the love and support- to think we started at a target of £500 and we are now near £4000!!!! Ross was clearly sooo loved by so many. Ross's family have asked me to pass on their deepest thanks. They are taking so much comfort from the comments and are immensely proud of him. I can't imagine the sense of loss that those closest to him will be feeling, but Ross will also be missed by those of us who knew him mainly as an honest and caring work colleague. All my thoughts. K

Condolences to the family and all affected by this loss. Had the privilege of working with Ross on a case and he was a wonderful advocate for vulnerable C&YP. He is missed around the office. RIP xx

We never met Ross, we were due to meet him at our eldest’s next AR, but have heard lovely things about him from both of our son’s schools. Our thoughts are with his friends and family.
