BobBob is an awesome guy :) At the age of only 48, BobBob's sight is extremely minimal due to severe corneal damage in both eyes - his vision in his right eye is at 2% and in his left eye 10%. Yet he doesn't let this impact on his determination and diligence to carry out his duties as Maintenance & Groundsman at Campfire Academy, a registered educational Non Profit Organisation in Limpopo, South Africa.

The only hope for BobBob is a corneal transplant in his 'good' eye, without which he will be completley blind within the next 18 months.

I am asking for your help to give this awesome dude the amazing gift of returning his sight.

Corneal grafts in South Africa cost approximately 4,500 GBP per eye and the nearest hospital to perform this is a +/- 250km round trip, hence I am hoping to raise 4,700 GBP to cover the cost of the procedure, plus 120 GBP for the daily post-op eye drops and 80 GBP to cover petrol costs .
