I am doing a sponsored Abseil off the Europa Hotel on Sunday 24th September in order to raise some much needed funds! Support together are a small charity based in Omagh Co.Tyrone who do amazing work with mums and families of those affected by ante and post natal depression. They offer counselling , therapies and support through tough weeks! I became physically unwell about 5 years ago with a condition called Costochondritis and intercostal Neuralgia it worsened in the past two years. I was in constant pain, unable to continue work it affected my life and made looking after my two young children very difficult ,I couldn't even change my little boys nappy at a time , I felt low in mood when I
I couldn't do all the things I wanted to and especially closing my hairdressing business, thankfully things have improved in the past few weeks but I can honestly say support2gether have been absolutely brilliant and I hold it very close to my heart!
