We are fundraising to help Mirfield Fire Station.
This page was set up to enable others to donate if they cannot make it on the day but still want to support the cause.
On Saturday, 24 June, at 6.35am Mirfield fire station was victim of an arson attack which caused £30,000 of damage to the structure of the building itself, as well as life-saving equipment and also charity equipment.
This includes the Fire Stations Christmas Grotto and Decorations - something many children across the area have enjoyed for many years.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED.....
- Get Sponsored or Donate !!!
- Meet from 10am on Saturday 5th August
- Meet at Knowl Park Playground, Mirfield
- Set Off Down Doctor Lane at 10.30am
- Through Ings Grove Park
- Through Centre of Town
- Finishing at Mirfield Fire Station
- Enjoy Refreshments & A Visit to the Fire Station.
- Sit in a Fire Engine & Sound the Bell (as long as no emergency).
We want to try to help the team down by raising money to ensure they can continue with their Santa visits for years come.
ALL WELCOME, WITH OR WITHOUT A PRAM - OR A CHILD FOR THAT MATTER. ALL IN A GOOD CAUSE.
