The citizens of Ukraine need safe places to be. We are offering our house in the mountains in Bulgaria, it could rehome up to 5/6 people. They will be scared, grieving and have nothing with them. We need help to buy them food, clothing, heating and phones to contact family and friends. We have local people who (for free) will drive to pick people up. They will also arrange food etc. Anything left over will go into the pot of organisations desperately raising funds for thousands of people. The contact I have will ascertain what her family need in the way of financial support. Food, wood, phones, clothes and so on. Once I know what is needed I can arrange the transfer of funds to her. If they do not need all the money then what is left will go directly to the Red Cross.
