Myself and my work colleagues are taking part in a 5k obstacle run to raise funds for our work Cascade. Cascade is a non for profit organisation which looks after adults with a range of different needs including autism, learning difficulties and mental health issues.

We are raising money so the service users can have access to further education and so we can provide the resources for them to be able to do this. We are also raising money to go towards other equipment for the home to help and provide the service users with necessary resouces for them to access to enrich their lives.

A lot of our service users lack the confidence to be able to access education and activities in the community, so by providing things in house for them to do will only help them to progress and gain the confidence for their future.
