Here we go again. This time I will be attempting the Salisbury Half Marathon (http://www.salisburyhalf.com/salisbury-half.php) on October 1st 2017. Again - not trying to win any prizes for being fast - this is all about spreading awareness and hopefully raising some money for a fantastic charity which helps local mums and dads suffering from pre- and post-natal related mental illnesses.

My wife Laura Cassidy runs the PANDAS foundation for Salisbury and Wiltshire, (http://www.pandasfoundation.org.uk/) an incredible charity who help Mothers and their families experiencing pre and post natal mental illness.
