Last year my life changed suddenly and irreversibly. With the support of friends, family and the local church community, I was able to navigate a new path and reflect, learn and grow. I am raising funds for St Peter's Church Newbrough, to enable them to support other local people in similar situations. I would also like to support the mental health charity, Mind, to raise awareness and to support people with mental health issues. On 10th September 2017, I will be running the Great North Run.
