My name is Charlie and am (hopefully) being neutered soon so long as my new owner can get the funds. I also need me ears cleaned as they're full of mites and need to be treated for flea's and ticks. I have been living rough for quite a while and now a lady has been feeding me and letting me sleep in her house. To be able to live permanent with her I need to be treated at the vets. Please help me settle into my new home. I'm beautiful.
