I've raised £500 to help raise vital funds for Rock2Recovery

On November 4th 2017 'Team Natural Power', a team of men and women with backgrounds from the armed forces, are fundraising for Rock2Recovery whilst aiming to set a new world record deadlifiting the total weight of 4 x The Angel of the North at 800,000kg (800Tonne) within a 12 hour limit! Let down by our confirmed venue, the Metro Center in Gateshead (who's commercial team gave our charity space away 3 weeks before our event) The Performance Fitness Centre Sunderland have stepped in like absolute heroes and have given us a space for the day!
We are fundraising for Rock2Recovery, who specialize in change management coaching and special recovery projects. It was set up by two ex Royal Marines, Jamie Sanderson and Jason Fox (From the TV series SAS Who Dares Wins). Both understand the effects of PTSD and other mental health issues have on people, in particular in the Armed Forces. Rock2Recovery have helped hundreds, if not thousands of men and women get back onto their feet after suffering from all kinds of mental health issues. 100% of the funds raised will be going straight to Rock2Recovery.
The current world record stands at 762,140kg. Lifted by a team of 12 within 12 hours.
