As a fundraiser, I'm going to complete my chariot challenge from Lowton through to Wigan Scout HQ with some of my fellow participants. I hope to complete the challenge on Saturday 10th September and any support you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Any and all donations would make a huge difference towards my efforts as you'll be contributing to an event bigger than me and you. I'm very excited to take on the task and can't wait to get started!

(A little explanation about the wider cause)

In summer 2023, I hope to visit South Korea in a once-in-a-lifetime experience with Scouting. The World Scout Jamboree is an international gathering of Scouts from all corners of the world and includes a huge range in cultures, walks of life and backgrounds. As well as enjoying the culture of the host nation, I will experience the benefit of learning about how Scouting varies around the world. The World Scout Jamboree is an inclusive event and the cost should not be a barrier for those who are fortunate enough to be selected to represent their country therefore the amount I am trying to raise isn't just for myself but to also cover the cost of the event and the place of Scouts from lower-income countries.
