Story
On Sunday 20th May a team of four are running the 7km Nuclear obstacle race through mud and water to raise vital funds for Dogs on The Street London.
The team (L-R) Kim, Amy, Laura and Emma are challenging themselves to this rather scary event to raise as much money as possible to help DOTS expand their services further.
They currently run a mobile and static veterinary services in London, Kent, Oxfordshire, Dorset, Bedfordshire and Scotland all run by volunteers, which we support by volunteering ourselves and donating product.

Here is a bit about DOTS:
DOTS launched London’s first homeless community with dogs on the streets mobile veterinary vehicle which has so kindly been donated to us. This will enable us to reach out further to dogs in need of our support. We can pop them on board in a fully heated surgery where they can be examined in full light and security and provide veterinary care , treatment and medication for a variety of health issues. We have hot running water, a fridge and also a kennel should we need to transfer to an in house vet surgery, we can if needed put dogs on fluids , prepare for admission ,The list is endless. As of now & as well as our static stations we will be mobile travelling around all parts and back streets of London with a full vet team on board as well as all essentials like food, dog coats etc with the beauty of stopping parking and helping the dogs on the streets. We are a small voluntary ran team, but having supported London’s homeless community for many years they prefer familiar faces, this builds up not only a friendship but trust to. We like to remain and provide a personal support team and service.
