I love food, eating & cooking it. My dream is to share this passion for food by bringing joy to people's taste buds. Growing up in Bermuda food has always played a major part of all my family gatherings. My family would always compare & compete with whose dishes were better. "No one makes better macaroni than Cousin E. The best part of gatherings was having a good meal surrounded by people you love. The basis of our cultural dishes come from a mixup of places but are still unique. Ie Traditional codfish & potatoes breakfast, fish cakes, macaroni and cheese, spanish rice etc. Although my cooking styles comes from Bermuda I am based in the UK. The demand for something new in the food market is high in the UK and I feel that I am ready to provide that. I have spent over 10 years in family food businesses back home & have also received certification in culinary arts. Whenever I cook for friends and family they really enjoy the ways I make simple dishes taste extraordinary. With a little bit of help and support from you maybe many others will be able to enjoy them too! The help I will receive will get me closer to opening my own lunch cart & bistro with the flavour of Bermuda & my own twists.
