You all know me, select few know everything and I hope you all know how much the NHS means to me. I'm not the healthiest of people but the Guys Urban Challenge I truly believe I can do it. (If not I'm at a hospital with medics anyway 😂) It's 2.4km run, 15km spin And 29 flights of stairs up guys hospital on Sept 30th. I'm doing it for all the renal patients that's passed Mike "cowboy" Atkins who's death hit most of us hard and also for my Nan. 😢 Please give generously.
