Everyone in our lovely York parenting community experienced shock and deep sadness when Clare Radburn passed away on August 17, 2017. She was an inspiring and engaging member of York NNN (Natural Nurturing Network) and the loss of her presence is keenly felt. We'd like to raise funds for a memorial bench in her honour in Homestead Park. It was a favourite location for happy outdoor times with her family and friends, and so we'd like to create a tranquil space in the park where any of us can go and sit in quiet reflection of our friend, or just to enjoy our families and the gorgeous surroundings. Any funds raised ehat the cost of the bench, we will donate to a charity of the Radburn choice.
