Story

A team of 15 cyclists (including experienced cyclists and beginners) and two support crew will ride 265 miles from Paris to London on 6-8 August 2017 to raise money for Reuben’s Fight.

One week before his third birthday in December 2016, Reuben was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma (a rare form of cancer in children). Reuben and his friends and family are now on a journey together to beat this awful disease. A journey far more gruelling and painful than any cycling one.

Since December, this extremely brave boy has undergone countless procedures, major operations and extremely aggressive chemotherapy to remove the cancer from his body and eventually get him into remission.

Unfortunately, with Neuroblastoma it is very common for this cancer to return and this results in treatment becoming very difficult. This is where we would like you to help. There is an innovative treatment in the US that significantly reduces the chance of the cancer coming back once in remission. To make this treatment possible, the Reuben’s Fight fundraising team are working towards raising a total of £250,000.

We want to make a contribution to ensure Reuben gets the best treatment available so please give to this worthwhile cause. All money raised by the Cloud Racers will be donated to Reuben’s Fight.
