My 2 Sons Connor (10) & Christopher (9) are going to be running 2.5k on the 31st of September 2017 at the BANK OF SCOTLAND JUNIOR GREAT SCOTTISH RUN in Glasgow. I also shall be running 10k the following day at the same event, Supporting our local COWAL HOSPICE TRUST.... This is an amazing trust run in Dunoon mostly on donations given by you! Supporting patients with life changing illnesses!! They supply a very high standard of care to their patients/clients also offering treatments such as reflexology,facials & massages and they supply free travel/support to and from hospital appointments across the water! Easing alot of stress through very tough times!

These people and the hospice as a whole are very important to my wee family having supported close family members in he past and present. Please help myself and my 2 sons raise awareness and funds for them. Every penny counts and very much appreciated xxx
