The only time running has been in my vocabulary was when I had to run to catch the ice-cream van before it drove off! This is going to change, I have decided to take part in the Echo Scouse 5K Run in October (https://www.merseyraces.co.uk/echo-scouse-5k.html) to raise some money for Giddo’s Gift (information below for those that are unaware).
