Corys family need to raise the funds to help towards funeral costs to make sure that Cory gets taken care of the way that he deserves when he is laid to rest.

Cory was an incredibly warm and loving brother, grandson, son, friend and colleague. Cory would always do as much as he could to help others, often putting the needs of family and friends ahead of his own. Cory lived a humble life and was no stranger to heartache after losing his younger brother Zak in 2011 and then his father Steve in 2015. Cory had struggled with the loss of his brother and his father, but seemed to finally be getting himself back on track with a new job and new found independence, he was the happiest that we could remember him being in quite some time.

We are all completely devastated to be going through this for a third time, as a family it has been very difficult to come to terms with the sudden tragic loss of another Jones' and we have been overwhelmed with the messages of love and support that have been pouring in from the community. We would also like to take this opportunity to show our love, respect and thanks for the bystanders who arrived on the scene who tried their very best to do all that they could for Cory, to re-direct traffic, and to assist the emergency services. We will be ever grateful for all that you did.

Cory coached the Hillmorton Blues Under 9's and had a great passion for football as an avid Coventry City FC fan. On Sunday the 27th of October a minute of silence will be held to pay respect for Cory Jones at football matches across Coventry and Warwickshire.

We would love to be able to give Cory the send off that he truly deserves, but financially we need some support to be able to do this again. Any help would be greatly appreciated by the family and Corys friends.
