This weekend we are launching this year's Cwtch Appeal.

Keeping it simple:

This year our focus is on Charity Children's Christmas parties, well two of them for two Council hostels (Ely and Adamsdown) and two playgroups (Adamsdown and Splott).

Budgeting for the Charity Children's Christmas parties

1. Ely Hostel

12:00-16:00 Saturday 15th Dec

Expected number of Children 30-40

Food Budget £150 (approx.)

2. Adamsdown Hostel and Splott/Adamsdown Playgroups

13:00-17:00 Sunday 16th Dec

Expected number of Children 80-110

Food Budget £300 (approx.)

Decorations for the two events

Budget £50

Presents for Children (Cadburys Selection boxes and Colour books and pens) and Wrapping papers

Budget £400

Charges for crowdfunding

Charges for fundraising through Crowdfunding 2.9% + .25p for every transaction (approx.) card charges maybe extra. Totalling to £100 (approx.)

Total Budget: £1000

Any money remaining

Any money remaining will be used to buy and donate food to homeless through Street Life Sarnies

Fundraising:

We are solely using crowdfunding for raising money this year and your help will be much appreciated.

Transparency:

All the receipts will be scanned and published on the Cwtch Appeal Facebook pager
