I've raised £2000 to Help 5 of the older children from Aishworya children's home in Nepal attend catch-up school.

Aishworya Children's Home, based in Kathmandu, Nepal, looks after abandoned and neglected children aged between a few months and 17 years. In 2014 and again in 2016 I visited Aishworya and saw what an incredible, warm and loving place it is.
Last year, generous supporters gave over £1,200 to Aishworya, encouraged by me eating only what the children eat - Dal Bhat - and this year I'm doing it again with a twist!
Sunita, Kalpana, Surendra, Sumitra, and Dilip (pictured above) didn't get much of a start in life. Coming from backgrounds of poverty, child labour, and sickness, they joined school late, and really struggled as a result.
Now 15 and 16 years old, they are too old to continue with standard education, so Aishworya has found them work, volunteering and training that they enjoy.
However, to get a good job, they really need a basic qualification. Catch-up school will enable them to achieve the basic educational qualification that is the minimum requirement for most decent jobs in Nepal.
Let's give those kids the start in life they deserve.
