I've raised £1500 to go towards an inclusive world class primary school gym.

Recently I found out that Cardigan Primary School is looking to raise £25,000 for an inclusive world class gym. This gym will be able to be used by children of all abilities including children with autism and those with extra physical needs. It will enhance pupils' primal movements and develop their understanding of the principles of movement, it will also help develop physical competence and enhance pupils' physical, mental and social well being. There are very few gyms like this in schools and we would be so lucky to have one.
I've decided im going to take on a challenge to try to help raise some money to go towards this as I feel quite passionate about it, I myself went to the school, my eldest is there now, and my youngest will be going too. I also know plenty of people whose children go to the school. It is important children exercise and it'll be fantastic to have a facility like this for them to use.
For the challenge: I've completed quite a few triathlons over the last couple of years, and for the bike section, I use a "handbike"... so I've decided to cycle from the Millennium Stadium (Cardiff) to the rugby club in Cardigan, a total of 100miles. Personally, this is a very big distance as, to date, the most I've cycled is 30 miles! I'm looking to take on the ride during the last weekend in May. Rhys Harries (my coach) has kindly offered to ride the whole journey by my side, which will help me massively. I've known Rhys 30years and I couldnt think of anyone better to ride it with me. Rhys is also passionate about the schhol gym, and together we really hope we can raise a good ammount to go towards it, we also really appreciate every penny that's donated so thank you very much.👍
