Hi , and thanks for visiting our page.

We ( 5 family members ) are all running the Great North Run to help raise much needed funds for the Trinity Holistic Centre based at James Cook Hospital.

This is a fantastic service which has been providing complementary therapies since 2003 to cancer patients who are receiving treatment at the Hospital. They offer a range of complementary therapies which include aromatherapy, acupuncture, reflexology and reiki.

When Sonia ( pictured above with Matthew ) was having her cancer treatment she enjoyed numerous sessions of reflexology and reiki. I know she greatly appreciated the therapies which helped her relax and make her treatment bearable. Sadly she passed away in 2010.

This service is only made possible through fundraising, supporters and grant making organisations. They need to raise almost £300,000 a year to continue to provide this excellent service.

We are hoping to raise over £1000 between the 5 of us and would greatly appreciate your support.
