Believe it or not I'm going to do a long cycle ride on 30 th September around the Isle of Wight. It's 70 miles around and I havnt cycled this far before. I'm doing this as one of the things Alice wanted me to do was get fit!! So I promised her I would. I've lost around 10 kg since she died and I'm determined to get fit as Rik and I take on St Malo to Nice next year for the charity. We are working hard to get Amazing Alice to charity status to help other children make precious memories like Alice could, as well as helping nurses to learn new things to help look after children with complex illnesses.
