Jules Lewis, Jules lock, Debbie snooke , Kal Lloyd , Heather Pitchford & Dee Radford are going to zip slide in wales to raise funds for the swan fund at the Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital.

The swan fund was set up almost 3 years ago with a £500 donation from a bereaved family (Jules's and her family).

The Trust have opened 12 Swan Rooms, these ensure families spend time with their loved ones in a homely and relaxed environment not the noise and sterility of an acute clinical ward .

The Swan Scheme supports families at the hardest of times. They have developed swan memory boxes/swan paper bags & the Swan Fund to ensure they use the one chance to get it right, for every person every time.

This is an amazing programme of support and proves every day that 'the little things are the big things
