Our Wonderful Friend Jo was Diagnosed with Terminal Cancer in March this year. She lived life to the full and with her friends & Families support she put up an amazing fight. However on August 30th while at St Rocco's Hospice Jo said her final goodnight. So its time for us to get together, share our memories and raise a glass to celebrate a wonderful Mother, Partner, Daughter, Sister and Friend. We need to raise as much money as possible, to go to St Rocco's Hospice, Christies, and also to support her Children Libby & Bailey.
