Today has been one of the most difficult days for Dylans family.

Dylan has been laid to rest and his family are so grateful for all the support and people lining the streets to say their own goodbye.

Some friends decided that we wanted to give the family the oppotunity to have some funds to either create a memorial for Dylan or put towards a charity of their choice.

Dylan fought so hard through his short life and one thing Jess has been desperate for, is that people don‘t forget Dylan.

We hope that any money raised from this will go towards some form of memorial in Dylan’s village or a cause that his family feel they wish to support.
