I am running the Ealing Half Marathon on 24th September 2017 @9am (www.ealinghalfmarathon.com). And my wonderful daughter Venus is running the Ealing Mini Mile as part of the event on 23rd September 2017 @3pm. Please come along and join us. The Ealing Half Marathon has been rated as The UK's Best Half Marathon for three years in a row.

We are raising money for the Ealing Soup Kitchen which is a fantastic charity in our community who help those who need it the most. Our homeless peers! They live amongst us in our streets feeling invisible, isolated, discriminated, excluded and lonely, and without any emotional contact. They feel forgotten and without humanity (www.ealingsoupkitchen.org/stories). They need our help!

Ealing Soup Kitchen is amazing. They provide hot, nutritious food, refreshments, hot showers, advocacy, and they even get hair dressers in and bands which gives our homeless peers some humanity back and care which they don't usually get in their day-to day life. There are also some wonderful people working at this Charity, who dedicate all of their spare time to help those who come to the Ealing Soup Kitchen.
