some people are ill but have no money to go to hospital for treatment ; some have already been discharged but canot pay the hospital bill and so are detained in the hospital by the hospital management, this is very common in african countries. l am very passionate about it much as i am to provide electricity to poor villagers in rural areas through sunlight. at present demand for electricity in nigeria , for example, is very high that it can not satisfy city dwellers how much less people living in the rural areas.
