Ar ddydd Sul 19eg o Dachwedd, byddaf yn rhedeg hanner marathon Conwy. Dwi'n codi arian ar gyfer elusen leol sydd yn cefnogi nifer o ferched, dynion a phlant a effeithwyd gan drais yn y cartref. Mae Gorwel yn darparu ystod o wasanaethau cymorth i bobl hŷn, pobl sy'n cael eu heffeithio gan gamdriniaeth ddomestig a digartrefedd.

Dwi'n codi arian yn benodol ar gyfer teganau ac offer chwarae i'r plant. Dwi'n gwybod pa mor bwysig ydy'r gwasanaeth yma i blant a rhieni mewn cyfnodau anodd, gyda'r gefnogaeth yno am amser hir wedyn pan bod angen. Fel rhywun sydd hefyd yn gweithio yn sector gwirfoddol, gallaf ddweud reit bendant bod elusennau bach lleol yn eithriadol bwysig ac yn cyfrannu yn helaeth tuag at ddiogelwch a llesiant unigolion.

Felly, dyna fy nhraethawd bobl - dwi erioed wedi gwneud hyn o'r blaen felly byddaf yn gwerthfawrogi unrhyw gymorth xxx.

On Sunday 19th of November I'll be running the Conwy half marathon. I'm raising money for a local charity that supports many women, men and children affected by domestic abuse. Gorwel provides a range of support services for older people, people affected by domestic abuse and homelessness.

I'm raising money towards more toys and play equipment for the children in the shelters and offices. I know how important this service is for children and parents during difficult times, with that support there for a long time if needed. Also, as someone who work in the Voluntary sector, I can say with certainty that small charities are so important, and contribute so much towards the safety and well-being of individuals.

So there's the speech. I've never done this before so I'll appreciate any support.
