I'm in terrible pain day in day out I try to care for my granddaughter and disabled son. the drugs are not working they actually make me worse and most days now I just can't move . it seems the only slight relief I get is from the sun we desperately need to relocate asap I need to do this for my children so I can be a better mum I never ask anyone for anything but this time I need to please can you help
