I have decided to run a half marathon in Oxford in October to try and raise money to get my sister a new wheelchair. On the 2nd January 2000 she was starved of oxygen during birth leaving her with the battles of cerebral palsy. She never lets CP get in the way of anything, she's always so happy and lives life to the full! She might even take advantage at times if there's a good looking waiter walking past... she might even pinch his bum and wait for us to awkwardly apologise, whilst she's there giggling away!! She is reliant on her wheelchair as she can't walk and they have to be specially adapted to fit her postural needs. She is in this chair for long periods of time during the day and she has completely out grown her current one and is in desperate need of a new one! Wheelchairs do not come cheap so every penny counts and would be hugely appreciated!! 💕
