Thomas is a 16 year old who has been living with four limb cerebral palsy all of his life.
Due to his diagnosis, it is impossible for Thomas to take part in family events or social activities outside of the house without two people supporting him.
As Thomas is developing into a strong young man, it is becoming increasingly difficult to support Thomas to take part in activities outside of the home, limiting his social experiences and development.
Thomas, our family, friends and Support Workers are working tirelessly to raise money to fund an electric wheelchair, enabling him to take part and interact with his family and friends wherever we go, instead of watching from a distance.
Thomas is desperate to go to the beach, go for walks in the woods and enjoy the wonderful outdoors with his family and buddies from Crossroads Care, without the restrictions he currently faces.
An electric wheelchair would make Thomas’ dreams possible.
