Story

In Feb 2017 Aimee was diagnosed with anaplastic ependymoma which is a very agressive cancer. Aimee has cancer of the spine and brain metastasies. She has undergone surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy and is in and out of hospital with various infections Including C Dif now resulting in a diagnosis of colitis. this is due to all the adverse effects of the radiotherapy. Aimee has now been diagnosed with a new tumour on the brain and has developed alot of leg and back pain and has gone in 9 short months from a playful child to one that is in constant pain with a feeding tube and is wheelchair bound.

Due to Aimee's illness Traci who is a self employed beauty therapist and a single mum of two gorgeous little girls is unable to work as caring for Aimee is now her full time job.

It is our duty as parents to do what we can for our children and although we help the best we can everday unfortunately we are no longer in a position to financially help our daughter and our grandaughters.

A few of you have asked us to set up a page where you can donate to help Traci to cover the cost of everyday essentials such as, food, clothes, petrol, car maintenance, utility bills and most of all to help provide a quality of life for her and the girls with happy funfilled memories which may include a family trip, days out or to celebrate a special occasion like Aimee's unicorn birthday party on Sunday 17 September.

We know Traci is great at blogging Aimee's brave fight on her facebook but we will also be updating this page for the world to follow.

Thank you to everyone for you amazing support we as a family have been overwhelmed and are truly greatful.
