*** Rohingya Emergency Food Appeal ***

Salaam everyone. I've decided to go to the Burma within the next 10 days.

I will be doing so on behalf of Faizan-e-Islam and my family and friends, i will be coordinating this trip with three other indivisials respresenting another organisation. We have managed to establish a way in to Burma to the Rohingya who are stuck in the middle of nowhere, on one hand faced with genocide, and starvation the other.

We know everyone is disturbed by what is happening, as were we, and therefore as an organisation we have decided to act.

We will personally be on the ground within to hand out monthly food rations, ensuring they reach the most desperate of these displaced brothers and sisters fleeing persecution.

We hope you will fully join in this effort to help ease the suffering of the Rohingya people, and remove some of the guilt we all feel for not being able to do more.

The food rations will contain: rice, lentils, flour, oil and other cooking items to feed a family for approx one month and will cost £50.

Please try to donate as much as possible, if you can't afford a full monthly pack you can donate any amount.

It's so far been a encouraging response but we need everyone to make a more sincere effort. Your donations will surely save lives. We are taking on this difficult challenge and we need to make sure that all our efforts are maximised.

These are very very desperate people in absolute dire situation (the reports we are getting are very very disturbing), thank the creator we're not faced with such situations.

Cash donations are accepted at the mosques centres (Walthamstow, East London | Old Trafford, Manchester).
