The children's playground at Belmont Open Space has seen better times. Broken equipment has been removed over the years and not replaced. What remains is looking very tired. There is only one bench and the fence is falling apart.

Despite this, the park continues to be loved by many local children and their parents/carers. Toddlers run about during the day, exploring with their little legs. After school, parents bring their children here to play and feed their imagination. This park is important to our local community.

The Friends of Belmont Open Space (FOBOS) are looking to raise £10,000 of the funds needed to improve the park. More if we can! Once we raise this we'll be given a grant for the rest of the money needed.

Please help us give this space a new lease of life. Thank you.
