Story

In response to the Coronavirus crisis and the chronic shortage of PPE being suffered by health care professionals Cameron Design House have turned over production in our London workshop from sculptural lighting to the manufacture of face shields for the NHS and care workers.

Following the strict government guidelines we have a small team who will be producing 2000 shields a week, available for the NHS free of charge. Read more here

Since launching the campaign on Tuesday 7th April, we have had a huge response from NHS hospitals across the UK highlighting the massive demand for these shields.

We would love your support to help us buy the materials to grow the manufacturing these shields to a larger scale - 100% of donations will be spent on buying the materials for these much needed masks for the NHS.

An update on 19th May - with the help of a small army of volunteers we have managed make and deliver over 25,000 face shields to more than 300 NHS hospitals, GPs, pharmacies, care homes and hospices. We are continuing to produce these face shields whilst the demand is there and we really appreciate all of your support - thank you so much.

100% will go towards buying materials to manufacture more face shields - any further donations would be much appreciated.

Many thanks,

Ian, Simeon and the CDH team
