and are raising funds to buy fabric and supplies to make scrubs for our NHS workers so desperately in need.

The founder of the main group Ashleigh Linsdell. she says

I'd like to share my initial appeals with you so you can see for yourselves how the campaign has grown beyond my wildest dreams.

"I am a nurse working in a busy A&E dept and we are severely short on scrubs. I have my own little business and recently ventured into clothing making so am going to attempt to make a few (hundred 😩) sets of scrubs for my dept and work family to keep us and patients safe whilst I’m off work in isolation (between shifts).

I wanted to spend as little as possible, hence the hopefully wholesale prices. Is there anyone able to help please?

Why I'm raising money

Until now I have been funding this myself but fabric is expensive. I am disabled and trying to do my bit to help keep OUR NHS Nurses and doctors and patients safe!

How donations will be used

Any funds raised will be used to purchase appropriate materials such as poly cotton suitable for scrubs, appropriate thread and other materials required to ensure these are safe and efficient for working in an acute hospital setting.

These will be donated to any NHS team who require them.
