As most of you know my father in law passed away last week, the care he recieved from Westhaven and the community nurses was exceptional. As there is no direct justgiving chairty page for the fund , we have decided to set up a crowdfund to help them continue to help the elderly and socially isolated patients around Dorset to recieve the care they deserve.
