Story

As a young lad I fell through the education system, I then went onto Art College and I left before taking my exams, later I went on to serve in the British Army for 22 years. During my military service I received a British Empire Medal from the Queen for Anglo German relations and Conservation. I established a nature reserve in Germany. After leaving the forces I went to university and gained a Master’s (MSc) in Addiction Psychology and Counselling at London’s Southbank University. This was something I never thought I would never achieve; in fact I believed I did not have what it takes to gain an MSc, but gain one I did.

My real passion was fired up when working in a rehab in Kent, I realised that I had skills to offer others in their healing process by connecting them with nature, through wilderness-living-skills but mostly through their own self-awareness and connection with nature.

When I work with people in nature I feel so excited, privileged and honoured to be a part of their process. It is hard to describe in words the feelings I get when working with people in nature.
