Honor is 4 years old and has spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy and as a result of this she i unable to walk, there is surgery available but not on the NHS and at a cost of sixteen thousand pound.

Please help to raise as much as we can to help out Honor, i know its close to christmas and i ask every year for a charity event but all my friends and family are so generous and i hope that this year you will all help out again too! please put yourself or your child in this position and imagine how you would feel or if that fails think how funny it will be to see the fatman running!!! x
