I had a panic attack/breakdown at work today... i could barely catch my breath.. but i have the most amazing boss... she saved me and took care of me. Shes helping me try and help myself, to get the support i need for not only my health, but to be able to move out and away from the constant mental/emotional abuse i receive daily. I want to thank her by getting her a star, like the star she is.
