Hello our names are Gillian, Helen and Michelle. We are members of staff at Wallsend Sea Cadets and on the 22nd October we are taking part in a sponsored fire walk to raise money for Wallsend Sea Cadets. We are raising funds to help take the cadets on an annual Summer Camp. We are looking to subsidise the cost to make the Camp more accessible to all cadets. We are three willing volunteers who give up two nights a week to work with the cadets from the local area in developing good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. The Cadets are always keen to help other people in the community and take part in many fund-raising activities but this time we would like to do our bit for them.
