My sister Bethan and I are taking part in Tough Mudder in Chester on the 10th September. We will be enduring 13 miles of running with 30+ obsticles in between, varying from ice cold baths to electric curtains to building human walls!! And were up for the challenge!! We are doing it in honour or two very special people. Firstly our Taid who sadly passed away from Shy dragers syndrome which is a rare form of motor neurones disease. This is a non cureable disease and we would like to raise money and awareness to help other families going through this. Second of all the the very special Ellie! Who has been a fighter from the very start with her battle with cancer, we are would like to raise money to help her and her family in any way possible.
